Currently in construction, this new mixed-use building will provide thirty rental residential units over ground floor community facilities. Sitting amongst an eclectic group of neighboring building types, the building will provide at grade parking and a generous roof terrace with view of The City. The intentionally small apartments are detailed and crafted with care and most have private balconies. A generous common roof terrace is flanked by a large, shared workspace and gym. The building will open in the fall of 2025.
