This new condominium building on the triangular site at the corner of Carmine Street and 7th Avenue offered many opportunities and challenges. The 1,800 square foot full-floor units celebrate the corner location by putting the main spaces right on the intersection. While accommodating the Greenwich Village Historical Society, the remains of an old gas station on the site, as well as a subway tunnel and the Minetta River below ground, the building anchors the corner strongly and ties together the intersection of two very different streets.
